Alpha 1.3.0

It looks like I'm skipping 1.2.0 and going right ahead to releasing 1.3.0 lol.

Anyways, there not too much changed in this release. There's a boss for the intro stage, and some general bug fixes have been made. Not much else to say here.

I received some bug reports for the previous release where for some reason, the game would crash or halt when loading up or playing Glacier Man's stage or Moon Man's stage. I've tested these two stages on the build for Windows, and never encountered the mentioned bugs. Hopefully, they are fixed in this release.
